The job the app has to do in the field, any existing API or backend, and brand assets. If there is no backend yet, we scope that as part of the same project.
If the brief needs it, yes — forms and jobs queue on the device and sync when reception returns. We only add that when the work actually happens off-network.
Most first versions are eight to sixteen weeks, then store review. Hardware features or heavy offline use sit at the longer end, which we say in the quote.
A support arrangement covers store releases, crash fixes, and certificate renewals. You can also take the repo in-house; we will not leave you without a handover.
